Relationship Tip: Playing hard to get doesn’t work if you are looking for an authentic long-term relationship as it can send the message that you are unavailable emotionally. Although it may intensify feelings of want or lust at first, in the long term playing hard to get doesn’t actually increase your chance of getting (or not getting) the guy or girl. If you are meant to be with the person, you will be with them. Looking for love is a serious business for a lot of people, and sometimes playing hard to get can come off like you are toying with someone and not being quite honest. By the same token, avoid people who play games with you or send you mixed signals.

I remember one particular day, where, as a resident doctor I was looking at an x-ray and the exact moment where I decided to become a doctor myself. “What am I doing, pretending like this?” I thought. Why don’t I just retrain and become a doctor. At first, my thought was that it would have been good to be a medical doctor. But projected forward to my days in one office, one place and thought, that wouldn’t be a good fit for me, so instead decided to become a doctor in another field. The field that all my life since starting #TM at 14 years old, I have been focused on, and driven to find answers to. The fields of #wellbeing #wellness #love

Right now, it would be easy to focus on what isn’t going well. Our business has been under a mandatory lockdown for most of the year, Judah hasn’t been into school since last March, my parents have suffered enormously from Covid. I still find myself focused on all the amazing things in my life, that I am so grateful for. The deep love that I experience as a state of being. The love that I have for my family, friends, people in general. HEALTH! The list is endless.
